Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include the following information:
- Order number or receipt
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return
- Your contact information
Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on where to send the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

- Items damaged by misuse or negligence
- Software or digital products
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover return shipping costs.
Installation Services
Installation services may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Warranty Claims
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims should be directed to us, and we will assist in processing warranty requests according to the terms of the applicable warranty.
